Eisen|Letunic leads a team of eight consultants to provide on-call technical assistance to local Bay Area jurisdictions and other agencies on projects that help encourage transit-oriented development and other types of smart growth. Projects include a phase of the El Camino Housing Opportunities study, a parking study for the Valley Transportation Authority (VTA), and design assistance for the intersection of a planned greenway linking Cloverdale's new SMART rail station and the downtown through an interchange of Highway 101.
