Eisen|Letunic managed the development of the list of projects to be funded with an $8 million settlement agreement with Caltrans over the fourth bore of the Caldecott Tunnel, including developing projects in conjunction with Fehr & Peers, and managing the public process with neighborhood residents and community groups in proximity to the Caldecott Tunnel, City of Oakland staff, and the consultant team.
