Urban Planning
As devoted urbanists, Eisen|Letunic is interested in projects that revitalize cities, concentrate development around transit, and create more vibrant and attractive communities. Among other projects, we have helped promote and create transit-oriented and infill development, planned for streetscape improvements, obtained "LEED for Neighborhood Development" certification, and helped residents understand the meaning and benefits of "smart growth." Our clients on urban planning projects include the San Francisco Planning Department, the San Mateo County Department of Housing and the U.S. EPA's Smart Growth Program.
